For City HR Members only

Welcome to the first HR Analytics and AI Club for 2019.   This year will see a number interesting topics on the agenda ranging from talent management to neuro-leadership and AI to a real agile working experience   These will be examined through people metrics to gain greater insight, inform decision-making and plan better HR interventions.

Our first session emanates from a research publication by Engage for Success, Hult Business School and Oracle called Shades of Grey (copy attached).  This is one of the largest research programmes to look at work team engagement and the results identify four zones in this regard.

People management is at a crossroads.  New technologies will cause disruption and change the way that people work, their skillset, their personal development and their mindset.  Brexit may impact the talent that is available and how this is utilised and retained.  Successful organisations now see employee engagement as critical rather than incidental.

Cathy Brown, a key contributor to this research, will be our guest speaker alongside our usual line practitioner who will outline how engagement is being managed and measured in their organisation.  Led by Yazad Delal, Oracle’s new Head of EMEA for HCM Strategy, this interactive session will allow plenty of time to analyse engagement from another perspective and to share with peers how this is being orchestrated in individual firms.
